Hello, I’m Jenny.
I’m an Emotion Code practitioner based in the beautiful Calder Valley, offering gentle one-to-one sessions, alongside workshops and events around the local area.
My work centres around helping people release trapped emotions – emotional energies that can become stored in the body following stressful or difficult experiences. Over time these can contribute to feelings such as anxiety, overwhelm, emotional blocks, or even physical symptoms.
During a session, I work with the subconscious mind to identify and release the emotions that are ready to be cleared. Your body guides the process, so each session is unique to you.
Before training in the Emotion Code, I spent many years working in wellbeing and coaching roles within the civil service. My own journey with chronic fatigue also taught me a great deal about the connection between the nervous system, emotional health, and physical wellbeing.
Those experiences shape the way I work today. My aim is always to create a calm, supportive space where you can simply show up as you are. From there, we allow your body and subconscious to guide what needs to be released.
Many people come to sessions feeling stuck in some way – emotionally, mentally or physically – and leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more able to move forward.
People often come to see me when they’re experiencing things like:
anxiety that feels stuck in the body
difficulty switching off or sleeping well
chronic pain where emotions may be playing a role
feeling held back in ways they can’t quite explain
You don’t need to know exactly what the problem is. We simply begin with where you are and allow your body and subconscious to guide the process.

My current offers:
One-to-one Emotion Code Session
In this 45-minute session we work together to gently release trapped emotions that may be contributing to physical symptoms, emotional stress, or a general feeling of being stuck.
Using the Emotion Code technique, I work with your subconscious to identify and release the emotions your body is ready to clear. Each session is guided by your body, so the process is always unique to you.
People often come to see me when they’re experiencing things like anxiety, difficulty switching off, chronic pain, or simply a sense that something isn’t quite flowing in life.
After the session, I’ll email you a summary of the emotions that were released so you have a record of your healing work.
